Why I built this

The spreadsheet wasnever built for this.

If you sell on more than one platform, you already know every one of these by heart.

Your numbers live in five different places

Orders in a sheet. Receipts buried in email. Payouts in the banking app, listings on each platform. Trackerly pulls orders, expenses and income into one place, so nothing quietly disappears.

About two years of past sales, fees and payouts on the first connection, then a check every 5 minutes in the background. The fees are eBay's own records, promoted-listing ads included, not estimates.

Vinted, your own account

Sign in to Vinted on Vinted's own site and press Refresh: your sales, purchases, balance, pending payout and listings come in. It reads your own account, so it is unofficial.

List everywhere

List on eBay with a drafted listing and Publish live, or let Upload to Vinted for me fill Vinted's form. For Vestiaire, Whatnot, Facebook Marketplace, StockX and Gumtree it copies the words, saves the photos and opens the site.

You sign in on eBay's and Vinted's own pages, so the app never sees either password. eBay serves roughly the last two years of orders and fees through its API, so that is how far back any app can import. Illustrative figures shown.
